Dear Remoov customers,
Many counties across the country have implemented various restrictions on businesses to protect the public and mitigate the spread of Covid-19. While these measures do not affect our business, we want to let you know we remain vigilant and continue to take extra precautions to protect the safety of our staff and customers.
The safety measures Remoov put in place in March remain in effect. In addition, we have now also temporarily suspended payment collection via wireless devices. Instead, all services will be invoiced for the work completed, thereby eliminating the need to share devices to collect payment. We kindly request that payment be rendered prior to our team leaving the premises.
As a friendly reminder, we would greatly appreciate minimal people and interaction with our team during the pickup. Remoov team members carry sanitizer bottles with them at all times, please let us know if you need one and we'd be happy to help out. We are grateful for your patronage, patience, and understanding while we navigate through these difficult times.
