Resellability is determined by three main factors: brand, condition, and current resale market for similar items. We also take into consideration the age of the item and our current inventory. We have a dedicated internal team that carefully considers each item you send us photos of. The more information you can send us about your items with your pictures, the better!

Key Environmental Initiatives in Fremont

Environmental efforts in Fremont are spearheaded by the Sustainability Division managed by the City of Fremont. Their various partnerships, policies, and projects are focused on enhancing the natural environment, eliminating pollution, saving money, improving material efficiency, and making Fremont a better place to live, work, and play. A fine example is an emissions report showing no increase in greenhouse gas emissions from 2010 to 2015. There is a carbon neutrality plan in place to be carbon neutral by 2045.

They have also completed a major energy and efficiency upgrade across the city. Improvements included converting all street lighting to LEDs; installing water irrigation controls around the city, and water saving pumps at the local pool park. These efforts save about 5 million kw of energy a year, almost 9 million gallons of water a year, and an impressive 1,000 metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions.
